All items are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail  1st Class Standard delivery with proof. All paid orders showing as "In Stock"  and received before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. All orders received after 2pm will be disptached the next working day. Our working week is Mon-Fri and we do not ship items on Saturdays unless specifically requested. You should expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days of shipping.

Returns Policy

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and must be unusued and unopened to qualify for a refund. We regret that any opened items cannot be returned or refunded. If you wish to return your item please contact us via email to obtain our returns address and an RMA number. All returns must clearly show a valid RMA number before they will be accepted.
